My annual “best of” post this year is going to look very themey (not a word). Those themes are vineyards and Bowling Ball Beach (a scene I’m completely fascinated with). As my interest in wine culture grows, I’ve decided to spin off most of my future wine-related posts to a new blog, which will be coming soon. In the meantime, I hope you enjoy this year’s top picks.
I’m so excited to be living in California! With the exception of one shot from Maui (which happens to be my favorite photo of all time), all my favorites were captured in California. Even one from a grocery store with my iPhone.
With the end of 2014 upon us, it’s once again my pleasure to share my favorite shots for the year. 2014’s top 9 are a mostly a mix of shots from Utah and San Francisco, with a few others thrown in the mix, including a macro shot of some drumsticks taken with an Olympus TG-3.
Another year in the books, and another post containing my 9 favorite shots from the year. Enjoy this year’s shots, which includes those taken in Utah, Colorado, Seattle, and Greece.
For the second year in a row, I’m pleased to present you with my nine favorite photos of the year. With an epic vacation that took us to Greece and Turkey, it’s no surprise that eight of nine are from that trip. The shot of the Suleymaniye mosque in Istanbul actually achieved a 98.6 pulse on 500px, which is the highest rating I’ve ever achieved. The ninth is a shot taken in Wyoming. Can you guess which one?
I thought it would be fitting to start my blog out with the 9 best shots of of 2011. Why 9, you ask? Well, it fits nicely in a 3×3 blog post on this page… No other reason. All of this year’s photos were taken in Utah, Colorado, and Wyoming.
